No, we only ship within New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on whether you’re in a rural or non-rural area. We absorb a large portion of the cost as a little favour to our customers, so you’re not paying the full shipping price.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Please message us to request tracking for your order, and we’ll send it through.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the shipping address for you. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How long will my order take?

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of most of our products, turnaround times vary:

• Acrylic planners (standard designs): Processing, handling, and shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks.

• Highly customised orders: If your order requires a lot of personalisation (for example, a planner designed from scratch), please allow up to 6 weeks for production and delivery.

We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for busy periods.

Using stand-off brackets:

• Choose the location on the wall.

• Use a level to ensure it’s straight.

• Mark where you’ll drill holes.

• Drill holes into the wall.

• Insert jib screws (if needed).

• Screw the standoffs into the wall.

• Place the acrylic panel onto the standoffs.

• Secure with the screws provided.

Magnets:

• Made ready to use. If your fridge has a low magnetic pull, you can place a small piece of double-sided tape between the magnet and the fridge to prevent sliding.

Command Strips:

• These come pre-attached. Simply make sure it’s straight, remove the backing, and press the planner onto your
